Adam Lambert just did under hour with Britain’s Fearne Cotton on her Happy Place Podcast and he gave more of himself in that 58 minutes than many have ever heard before.
He was totally open, not only with his completely natural look but with the demons that have haunted him and how he has battled them. This interview was in conjunction with his appearance on Britain Gets Talking, a show to raise funds and awareness of mental health.
A little more than halfway through, one of the most surprising things I learned was the time when Adam was experiencing dizziness and went to his local LA doctor. After tests, the doctor was alarmed and called the paramedics to take him to the hospital. Adam said he was on a gurney on Rodeo Drive getting wheeled into an ambulance wondering what was going on. He ended up staying overnight in the hospital. I wonder if he was concerned if there were paparazzi around?! Luckily he didn’t have that to complicate the situation.
