Adam Lambert headlined the 2024 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, putting on a dynamic show, complete with 2 new songs and a full dance team!
He dazzled in a full stage outfit, as only Adam can, and he looked remarkable! The set list sampled all of Adam’s albums. He sang: Ghost Town, Wet Dream (new song!), Whattaya Want From Me, If I Had You, Superpower, Trespassing, Another Lover (new song with pal Vincint!), closing with You Make Me Feel Mighty Real. This was a great mix!
All songs were performed with a full 8-member dance team, reminding me of the Glam Nation and Original High shows. There’s no musicians on stage, so perhaps the music was pre-recorded. All songs had a non-stop house music/disco track, adding to the party atmosphere. I can’t wait to hear the studio version of Wet Dream, to see if it has different production.
