As we celebrate Adam Lambert Day here in San Diego, we are thrilled with the news that Adam will be starring as Judas in Hollywood Bowl’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar!
This version will be a return to the original rock roots from the 70s. We’ve heard Adam say often that this is his favorite musical. Starring against Adam will be Cynthia Erivo as Jesus, in an exciting gender-blind choice. Cynthia is the powerhouse voice in the latest Wicked film.
The musical is only running for 3 performances, Aug 1, 2 & 3. Tickets are still available at hollywoodbowl.com and the aftermarket sellers. If you didn’t catch Adam in Cabaret, maybe now’s your chance?!
