Thanksgiving Begins Early with a Preview of Tonight’s E! True Hollywood Story with Adam Lambert!

Hey Glambs –this is going to be a very special week for us. We’ll be celebrating the holiday with our families and friends remembering everything we have to be thankful for. And in this troubled economic time, we might have to dig a little deeper. At your Thanksgiving dinner table, does everyone join hands and say something special that they’re thankful for? At my table I’ll be including Adam, my new friends via Adam and this web site, even if it’s a silent remembrance so as to not further irk those who love me and put up with my obsession and devotion.

Tonight is the debut of E! True Hollywood Story featuring Adam Lambert. This will play several times through the end of the month, and longer probably. Don’t you think it’s ironic that the debut is opposite of this year’s American Music Awards?!? The one they’ve been hyping with reference to last year’s big surpise that they won’t name or show among their clips!

To start your Thanksgiving off, here’s a preview of tonight’s Adam Lambert’s E! True Hollywood Story!

The following story came from a local San Diego paper. It sounds like Adam will be completely open as usual, hopefully giving us some new surprises. I’m so excited to learn they’ll be showing film from the San Diego stop of his Glam Nation Tour and everyone who watches will get to see what we’ve been ogling about since June!

Love ya!

From the North County Times; story by Pam Kragen:
North County-bred pop star Adam Lambert is the subject of an “E! True Hollywood Story” profile that will premiere at 9 p.m. Sunday on the E! cable network.
The one-hour documentary features interviews with Lambert, his family, his drama and singing teachers at Mt. Carmel High School, music journalists, “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson, best friend Danielle Stori and many others, along with footage captured during Lambert’s sold-out concert last July in San Diego.
The special has been kept under tight wraps this month. Even Lambert’s mother, Leila, said last week that she hasn’t seen the program and will be forced to tape it when it airs, because she is flying this weekend to Paris, where she’ll spend Thanksgiving week with her sons (Adam is touring Europe this fall and his younger brother, Neil, is on his tour production crew).
“The producer, Michael Lynn, is very excited and passionate about the project and said the final production is wonderful,” Leila Lambert said. “I was able to share so many videos and photographs that have never been released before, so I think it will be refreshing. I have spoken with many people who were interviewed, and they said it was so enjoyable talking about Adam and his success story.”

About Carol

I started writing on this site back in May 2009, not knowing what I was in for or where it would take me. I had no idea of the joy and personal satisfaction I'd find here. I never dreamed that I'd get to meet Adam, but that dream came true! The bonus of becoming such great friends with Lila and the other fans is what keeps me going. Music gets me though every day. In addition to Adam, I love Muse, Linkin Park, 80s and finding newer bands and supporting them by attending everything that's within 350 miles. With Adam, the boundaries are farther! Thanks for joining us on this ride! :)

That was one great program on E about Adam! I loved the footage of Adam as a child! Wish there was just more opportunity to listen to him sing, but whatever! I am so glad this E program was put together because it is and will continue to be great publicity.

  4. I love biographies as a general rule and this was very nice. I thought it was well done and enjoyed all the friends and family members that contributed. I actually learned some things which is surprising, because I thought I knew alot about him. This was much better than watching the AMAs tonight. E! did a great job on this presentation.

Excellent show on E with Adam family and friends! Loved all of it and so nice they will be able to spend Thanksgiving together! Love that guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  7. I will never understand how Adam was not nominated for anything on the AMA’s. His solo songs & videos far surpassed the others. I think their panel needs a new set of judges that actually know what good music sounds like, plus knowing a good video when they see one. I think they are all biased people that are afraid to put him out there where he belongs. One day it will come back to bite them in their collective asses. I watched & taped his E story & will replay it many times. Some people know talent when they see it & then there are those who are totally deaf & ignorant

  8. Loved the show and also surprised at a few things. I think they got it right and there was a nice flow. I would love a couple more hours worth!! More of those early home movies and clips from the past. And definitely more singing!!

  9. What a wonderful show! Thank goodness E! decided to produce this bio on Adam. The only problem – it wasn’t long enough!

  10. Loved E ! It so showcased the voice, that unmistakable , magnificent voice. And to see Adams
commitment to his music was even more meaningful. Shame on the AMA’s for not being big enough to recognize his talent. Didn’t watch it , and if Beiver can grow up to be half the entertainer that Adam is, then he should count himself lucky !

  11. I’d love to read his autobiography. Of course a one hour coverage is just some appetizer. I don’t know when can I watch it here in the Philippines. I’m sure it does have entertainment value and is out to prove something, like maybe beating AMA in the ratings? Or maybe proves Adam’s resilience, from his “fall” in the AMA to the success he has attained now. He is the best so far that American Idol had produced. May he continue in the path toward greatness. May he reap more success in the coming year.

I had my vcr all set to record, and didn’t know the vcr itself was on the wrong day! Thank God they are re-running it tonight!! I have the vcr all fixed now, and will be recording it. i loved the show though..just wasn’t long enough!!

  14. I also saw this wonderful show, it makes Adam even more endearing! It is pretty obvious, watching his earlier life segments, that Adam has been on this journey since he was a very young child. Something in his soul guided him down his path and brought him to all of us who are grateful he has arrived, and this is just the beginning! So excited for what the future will bring and like the rest of his fans I plan to follow him on his journey. Love this man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
