I personally like it (and I'm a straight male) but I only wear it for Halloween :). I think it looks good in some guys yet the connotation that goes along with can be pretty annoying. Maybe us guys shouldn't care. It's all about style and fashion, I don't think it should go beyond that.
With people like Johnny Depp and now Adam Lambert, guyliner is becoming more popular. Adam wears eyeliner on occassion and I haven't seen too many complaints. I was wondering what do guys think: Do you like it or does it annoy you? Moreover, could this set him back on votes at all?
i love it. not all guys can pull it off - but the ones who can (like adam, pete,johnny, jared leto, david cook, etc) … works for me.

..ummm i'm not to sure about it. i've never been crazy for it, but Adam can definetly pull it off..but for me, it's all about the hair and Adam has GREAT hair haha:)

Okay..personally I think it is gay looking…He lso wears gay fingernail polish and has a funny looking hair cut xD/I think he should cut his hair a little shorter and comb it not to the side or anything and not wear makeup or nail polish and he'd look pretty good. Personally, I think he's only good at theatrical singing but thats my opinion…He reminds me of a girl..lol

Just because the guy is gorgeous and has an amazing voice, the "fangs" and "haters" come out. As far as Adam crying….I believe the only crying ya all will see will be the screaming girls at his concerts.

If you asked me 5 years ago, I would have said : Ewwww! Now, I'm liking it. The world is changing and you either get on board or watch it go by. I think he wears it a "little" heavy sometimes but I still like it.

Adam does not work in an office or similar dress code working environments …he is an ACTOR/SINGER in Hollywood! He has an appropriate and fashionable appearance for what he does.
Besides, take this : with or without eyeliner he looks ABSOLUTELY HOT, SEXY AND SMART to anybody (regardless the age, sex or sexual orientation).

There is one ticket still left to the Fantasy Springs Resort Adam Lambert concert on Feb 27 in Indio, CA! The seat is on the floor, section A, row R, seat either 4 or 5. These are premium seats.
The price of the ticket is $79 ($82.50 with tax) - just what was originally paid for it. I've seen similar tickets - not even as good as this seat - going for $300!

The thing about Adam you have to remember is he is a natural strawberry blonde which means his eyelashes and eyebrows are also light. If he's going to dye his hair black, he's got to use black mascara and eyeliner so it matches or he'll pretty much look sick or half asleep all the time. Same with the foundation he uses to camouflage his red-head skin tones and freckles. On stage without makeup his face would disappear and I'm sure he learned that early in his theater training. I've also got strawberry blonde hair and eyelashes. It's difficult. No makeup means you look very pale and downright dead. If I don't wear makeup people always ask me if I'm feeling well. I think for the most part it looks great on him, but eyeliner can be beautiful or overdone on either men or women. I prefer when Adam (or anyone) uses just enough to highlight natural features, but when it's too theatrical it's not always flattering. I know it's fun. Besides it very rock and roll. If women can wear makeup why not men? We live in a very sexist, superficial society. Too bad society expects women to wear makeup…too bad we can't all go without makeup and our naturalness be considered the supreme beauty.
