As an early fan of Adams I have great expectations. He can really really sing, he has that spark (carisma) that I like and he's gorgeous, what more can I say. I hope he starts out with more of a ballad type song.

Yes, he needs to start with lower notes and then on the chorus do his higher notes specialty. I personally love his high pitch stuff, but I know a lot of people want to hear softer stuff.

nice try lady. Of course Fox want us all to think that is a neck and neck race - a close game, but this is more like the Steelers against the local high school team. I think Adam will mop the floor with these amateurs.

aaaahhh I'm worried about that Gokey :). Don't get me wrong I'm also a big fan of Danny but I'd like Adam to win instead.
I honestly think Adam is a better singer but Danny has such a massive pull, especially from Christian audiences. We're going to need every possible vote.

check out the ending note from Adam during the show, then the same note in the recap at the end…they're different. As I recall now they tape 2 perfomances.

I agree with dreamsound .. danny's fans would mostly come out from fanatic Christian audiences and traditional "happily ever after" families … whom I consider would not likely to vote for Adam …
that's a big threat ..
so please remember and give your best effort to vote for Adam, guys

Non-Christians get over it. I am a straight Christian guy who stands 6 ft 2 inches and weighs in at 275lbs. My passion is mixed martial arts and I LOVE ADAM! I would take him to prom. We would be staying in different hotels, but I would show him off for all to see. I can't get enough of this guy. I hope and pray that something HUGE comes his way from the exposure of Idol.

well, there are a lot of my Christians friends that LOVE Adam don't get us wrong. We're mainly talking about the more conservative christians which are big in numbers.
Danny also has the everyone in Miwaukee, WI and pretty much whole state of Wisconsin voting for him.
On the other hand Adam has the whole gay community (Check out Ellen Degeneres showing her support on the featured gallery here) and people who listens to Alternative Rock/Metal bands like Tool, A Perfect Circle, NIN, etc. Among other groups who Danny doesn't have.
It's going to be a tight competition for sure.

Ok… so Danny dropped his ratings 30% to 40% in two weeks in every poll. Kris, Allison and of course Adam are taking over. I'm loving this season!!
