I have just read Adam's comments re Susan Boyle. I was a fan of Adam, I voted for him on Idol, I pre-bought his first CD. Today I threw it away. No more Adam for me. After seeing his comments on Susan Boyle I have NO respect for him. He needs to get over himself. Sounds like fame has gone to his head in a bad way; It's a shame, as he has a great voice, but obviously no values.

Wow are you ever a fairweather fan. Did you read Adam's tweet that he was misquoted. I guess not. I have never heard Adam diss anyone. He has the nicest manners that I have seen in anyone. Im glad that you at least paid for the cd before you threw it away. It went towards Adam's sales quotas at least. Maybe you should go over to KrisAllienation. I think he is more your speed. If you are going to be an Adam fan, then you will have to handle the controversy, the misquotes etc. I love him. I am his fan for life.

I agree with Ladyguard. Everything I've seen and read of Adam's interviews, he is always gracious and kind. I read the article in question and he was quoted as having said some things that were not nice towards Susan Boyle. First of all I have a hard time believing Adam would have been so blunt. Second of all, if he even implied he didn't like Susan Boyle's interpretation of Wild Horses, then he's entitled to his opinion. Who among us hasn't at one time or another voiced our opinion about a song or an artist we don't care for. I will always be an Adam fan regardless of any controversy. He is a sweet, generous and honest man. I believe him when he says he was misquoted.

Adam can say he was misquoted until the sparkle cows come home and it really means nothing. He has never specified what was misquoted or how it was misquoted. He seems to think a blanket excuse for every rude thing he's ever done or said is fine because "PC is so boring" and he is entitled to his opinions because "entitlement is sexy." Entitlement is not sexy, it's arrogant and self-centered. I was also shocked at how thoughtless his comments toward SuBo were and waited for some kind of correction from him. Nothing came. My guess the interview was done during one of his drinking binges and he really doesn't have a clue what he said. Yeah, we all voice an opinion from time to time but the difference is we are not famous. Few people care what non-celebrities say. Adam is a public figure and needs to keep his mouth shut if he can't say anything nice. I guess the honeymoon is over and we are seeing the real Adam Lambert. Very sad and disappointing. He's constantly disappointing lately.

HA! Adam's down under giving interviews stating what he said about SuBo wasn't a lie, it just came off as harsher than he planned. No retraction, no corrections, he said it. You crazy fans are so extremely delusional to think he couldn't possibly be so cruel. Get a clue. He's not some vision of perfection you've created in your warped, fantasizing minds.

I remember seeing that and thinking, WHAT?!?! I've always considered Adam as a really sweet person who wouldn't say anything bad about ANYBODY. I think when he said it came off too harsh, he meant that he doesn't like the song, or Susan Boyle, which he's allowed to say, people (Susan Boyle is NOT some kind of goddess, loads of people don't like her!!), but the way it was reported in some newspapers/mags made his remark seem very cruel and heartless when it was just a statement of his opinions.
I think Susan is very sweet and all, but I do agree that she isn't the best artist. She's only good at slow songs, and her popularity is being blown up WAY WAY more than it should be. She's good, but not THAT good.
Just my two cents.
