Adams Interview with New Zealand’s Brian Campbell

Well, here’s yet another interview from Adams trip down under where he talks about living the dream. The best part about this one though is the use of the words, “Tongue in Cheek!!” Just try and guess how THAT was used, hahaha.

  1. jnellie says:

“your tongue in his cheek” LMFO

  2. Even better than ‘tongue in cheek’, the best part is Adam’s visiting New Zealand ‘for sure”. Yes, yes, yes!

  3. He is always so interesting. 🙂

  4. jeanene walker says:

ADAM always has interesting interviews, talking about Americans DOWN UNDER was so cool! A LIBERAL lady from Seattle, Wa. LOVE ADAM, THE BEST AMERICAN IDOL EVER!!!!! So,proud of HIM, thank you for sending this, I really enjoyed it.

  5. Dianne Hill says:

The interviewer’s name is JOHN CAMPBELL not Brian Campbell.

It was a great interview though, I loved how Adam just cracked up laughing at John’s comment about Adam having his tongue in Tommy’s cheek, Adam is so delightful. I also loved the last thing Adam said about when he is touring properly he is coming to New Zealand. Thank goodness for that, I thought I might have to move countries just so I could see him, LOL.

    Dianne, Christchurch, New Zealand.

    • Ha. I’m in Nevada, but going to Canada in April to see him! Jeanene, will I see you there?

Also, I hope Adam performs Fever at Mardi Gras today, the same way he did in Indio, Ca. The Fever video was so fun to watch. I just watched a Video of the Mardi Gras parade online. I’m sure Adam is having soo much fun there. Yay for him! 🙂

      • Iyleneidol09 says:

The FEVER Video? Is there a video on FEVER? like the WWFM or FYE? Please let me know the link.. if it was the concert, that’s ok, I’ve seen it, over and over and over and over. LOL!!

  6. glamitup says:

Is anyone else out there quite sad that he is so far away? I am going on a year of constantly wanting to know where he is and what he is doing and I am a freaking 42 year old mother!!! Please help me somebody!! LOL! Anyway, happy Saturday! It is beautiful where I am at and I got to start the day off with none other than ADAM! Pure bliss! Thanks again guys for this site and Adam, come home soon!!!!!!

    • earlzagurl4u says:

Oh yes Glamitup! The day Adam flew to Oz I felt as if something/someone was missing & I’d lost my best friend. I was def. “down” in the dumps (no pun intended). I knew we would get pix and vids of BB during his stay there, and was thrilled that he was going international. I’m so glad the Aussie’s love him, as I knew they would. How could anyone *not* luv Adam?? He’s living his dream after working hard for years, going thru so many things to get where he is now. Adam will be known world wide in the not to distant future. That’s our boy: The Perfectly Imperfect Prince of Passion!

    • Yes! I’m feeling very sad. I just got back from Indio concert, where he didn’t sign autographs, do an encore, or meet with fans in any way. After the last song, the band was gone. . . Since it was the first time I saw Adam in person his sudden departure was painful. He is part of my every day. Listen to his music, catch up on all interviews, posts, etc. I definitely feel the separation and can’t wait for him to return to us.

  7. He is so adorable. If he gets bored again, I will volunteer to let him drag me around by one leg across a stage! lol

  8. Glenda #1946 says:

    Hey Guys,
Has anyone read that Adam will be on VHI on March 10th doing an “Unplugged” episode?? Just got an e-mail from Wikio on Adam Lambert Updates….

  10. Libraglam says:

Wonderful interviews ! John Campbell handled this interview with a great professional attitude. New Zealand, Australian, Canadian media are very tolerant, honest, and appreciate ADAM ‘s talent. It’s shameful thinking of American Media just just lip service (about love, about being the greatest) but never put in practice. When comes to ADAM’s time, we can see that American media is so narrow minded compared to the world around us. It’s a shame, it is is time that American Media should learn the professionalism from the world outside of US where they have shown us through their tolerance, respect and appreciation of ADAM’s talents. It’s time to American Media to grow up!! Awhile ago, i was telling everyone : “watch you guys/gals,the world around us is mch more open minded than we are, we looked like a fool coming from the jungle ” . It’s time that ADAM US fans in America should be “vocal” and teach American Media these lessons. I am so proud of being ADAM fan. He is a beautiful person inside out at such a young age. He is a gifted person.

    • I agree 100%!! Finally interviews with substance and nonjudgemental questions. I does seem that American media would rather make up a sensational story than get a REAL, intellegent, informative interview. Great post Libraglam!!!

      • It will be so great to see what Adam will bring back to us from his travels!
I can’t wait for him to hit Europe and for him to be swept of his feet.
It is incredible that Adam has such a big fanbase here in the US and that he is supported by some big names in the industry but to also be appreciated in so many new and different cultures will enhance everything he will offer us in the future!

    • adamfan says:

Libraglam, yes, we are fairly “laid back” here in Canada ha ha.
To me, it seems that people in all of our countries share the common
bond of love for Adam and I’m really enjoyed meeting all of the
wonderful Americans on this site, as well as those from around the

  11. Lady Gray says:

I was waiting for this to come on TV the other night and John (the Interviewer) also said earlier in a promo for the show that Adam was ‘delightful’.

  12. It’s JOHN Campbell, as I’m sure it’s already been pointed out.

I’m disappointed Adam is not coming to NZ this time, but hopefully soon!

    • Dianne Hill says:

Hey, another Kiwi fan. We are coming out of the woodwork now aren’t we. Which part of NZ are you from Zoe? I am in Christchurch. Did you watch the interview with John Campbell. Adam said at the end that when he starts touring properly he will come back to NZ. I can’t wait for that, what a show it is going to be.

    • sugar babe says:

what!!!! why kant he come? i’ve been waitin’ 4 agest!!! Why cant Adam come? i was geting exited, but…Why cant he come? I mean, New Zealand isn’t that far away! He my fav person in the whole wide world! i would seriously die if i cant see him!!

  13. Hi Lisa and Dianne! Great to here from you. I’m in Christchurch too! I wonder how many of us there are? That was the first time I’ve ever commented, but just love to read all the feedback. Adam suddenly felt a lot closer to home and I couldn’t resist.

    • Dianne Hill says:

Hi Jackie, this is so cool. Another fan in Christchurch. How cool is that. Please send me an email at . It has been awhile since I have been on this site, was a real regular for months on end but still pop back now and then. I love this site, it has introduced me to so many new friends, I don’t know how I ever got along without them and Adam too of course. Can’t remember what my life used to be like before he came along and turned it upside down. It is great isn’t it, having Adam on this side of the world. Just awesome and the Mardi Gras, OMG he was fantastic, better than fantastic. Anyway would love for you to get in touch.

  14. Hi NZ’ers! If you like, join this Facebook group for bringing Adam to NZ. The more the merrier!!

  15. KO's smiling says:

“America’s most popular loser” – lol

  16. Love it! My fave part is when John Campbell says “ooh, you naughty boy!”. Absolutely everyone seems to fall under our Adams spell. lol.
