Adam Lambert Owns San Francisco’s Jingle Ball

@adamlambert rocked the house last night at Star 101.3’s Jingle Ball. He took to the Warfield stage decked out head to toe in leather. He capped off the outfit with a very GLAMorous Trespassing-themed Skingraft spiky leather jacket. At one point, he remarked how sweaty and sticky he was in those pants and asked the women up front if they used baby powder to solve the problem. We all thought that was the problem when he disappeared off the stage for an extended period of time at Fantasy Springs last July, and would have never worn leather without powder again. Maybe not?

Adam spoke to the crowd at the 9 minute mark in the first video, recognizing familiar Glamberts and new faces in the audience. He then addressed the horrible news from earlier that day and confessed he didn’t know what to say as an artist, other than “tonight, right now, let’s celebrate life.” He then very appropriately covered Bob Marley’s Is This Love?

Thank you to @cos2mwiz for the wonderful up-close videos. And thanks also to diehard fan @LambertLust for the 32-minute live streaming, including opening song, If I Had You.

We can look forward to seeing Adam again tomorrow night hosting VH1’s Divas.

Love ya!

About Carol

I started writing on this site back in May 2009, not knowing what I was in for or where it would take me. I had no idea of the joy and personal satisfaction I'd find here. I never dreamed that I'd get to meet Adam, but that dream came true! The bonus of becoming such great friends with Lila and the other fans is what keeps me going. Music gets me though every day. In addition to Adam, I love Muse, Linkin Park, 80s and finding newer bands and supporting them by attending everything that's within 350 miles. With Adam, the boundaries are farther! Thanks for joining us on this ride! :)

I was there and Adam was fantastic. This was my 10th show. It’s amazing how comfortable he has become with us. He lit the Warfield on fire and when he left he pulled all the oxygen out of the room. It sucks to be the band following Adam.

  2. How could you not love this person, I NEED A TOUR FIX,
please from all the Glamberts in Australia and New Zealand……….xxXxx

  3. how does everyone know the dates he is going to perform?

He looked awesome and sounded awesome. What a treat! Thanks

  5. Stunning performance! One of the best I have ever seen from him…I can tell he was really feeling the crowd and having a lot of fun! Go Adam!!

  6. How many people would you say? I’d love to see him do more touring in the US for Trespassing. I know it is expensive to do this. But he should be singing live….he is the best I’ve seen. Can’t wait for tomorrow on VH1.

  7. Adam is one of a kind. He always knows just what to say and how to say it. Bless his beautiful soul. May all the Glambs – Glamberts and all other’s have a Joyous Holiday season and the best 2013 has to offer. Thanks for the video performances. Glamb # 534 OhSweetOne Mary

Was out for the evening and this is my 1st post today. Adam looked fantastic! But when doesn’t he? It is upsetting to not be able to go to any of his concerts because I’m way down here in SC . I am hoping beyond hope that he will tour close enough so I can go see him.He looked great, sounded great and he is sexy beyond the word sexy!!

  10. Love the jacket. I want one!

  11. The jacket was even more beautiful live however It was made by The Blonds. They tweeted “didn’t Adam look beautiful in the jacket we made for him”

  12. Daydreamin says:

I too was there. He was awesome! It did suck to be after Adam because he was definitely the bigger star IMO. From his outfit to the dressed up band and Adam’s charm and quick wit. Here is the video I took that amazing night:
